Call summary
The Science and Technology Facilities Council invites applications for its societal challenges relating to security or the environment call. This supports research projects addressing a societal challenge relating to security, the environment or both. The total budget is worth up to £2 million. Projects may last for up to three years.

PI eligibility
Applicants must work in an STFC lab or facility, or be currently funded through an STFC core science programme area, namely particle physics, astronomy, particle astrophysics, solar and planetary science, nuclear physics or accelerator science.
