Wellcome, GB: COMING SOON: Hub awards

Wellcome invites preliminary applications for its hub award. This brings researchers and creative professionals together at Wellcome Collection to work as a collaborative residency. Wellcome encourages applications from groups to produce new insights, methodologies and interventions that will either build on existing knowledge or focus on a new field of research. Examples of proposed activities include essays, creative activities, methodological innovations, seminars, workshops and capacity building. The award includes the use of space within the hub and funding of up to £1 million over a period of two years. Funding may be used to cover salary costs and project expenses such as equipment, materials, travel, events and public engagement activities.

Groups of four to six people have been funded in the past. They should bring together people from different professional backgrounds such as health, the arts and academia.
