EUREKA, EU and other funders: Synchronised call – EURIPIDES² and PENTA Clusters

EUREKA, EURIPIDES 2 and PENTA invite applications for their synchronised call. This supports joint research, development and innovation projects in the electronic components and systems value chain in order to promote collaborative industrial innovation between a wide range of countries and partners. This aims to clarify the funding choices that collaborate teams can access, standardise submission processes and provide support to projects. Projects must be industry driven and develop innovative products, processes or services that reflect market demand, with market expectations at least two years after completion of the project. Projects are funded through national public authorities.

At least one of the following essential capabilities must be addressed within the key application areas of transport and smart mobility, health and well-being, energy, digital industry and digital life: •systems and components; •design, packaging and systems integration; •connectivity and interoperability; •safety, security and reliability; •computing and storage; •process, equipment, materials and manufacturing for the electronic components and systems.

Representatives from large industry, SMEs, research institutes, universities and profit or non-profit user organisations, may apply. Consortia must involve partners from at least two participating EUREKA member countries, partner countries or associated countries, covering an essential section of the total value chain.
