The Science and Technology Facilities Council and the Natural Environment Research Council, as part of UK Research and Innovation and through the Strategic Priorities Fund, invite applications for project S6 of their space weather instrumentation, innovation, measurement, modelling and risk (SWIMMR) programme. This supports projects to review and update the Royal Academy of Engineering’s report on extreme space weather from 2013.

PI eligibility
Individuals in approved UK HEIs, research council institutes and independent research organisations are eligible to apply. Public sector research establishments applicants are also eligible to apply.
