Call summary
Funding will support researchers for a period of three to 36 months. Researchers must not have resided or carried out their main activity work in the country of their host organisation for more than 12 months in the last three years. Researchers in EIDs must spend at least 50 per cent of their time in the non-academic sector. The total budget is worth €530.13 million.
Scientific scope
This aims to raise excellence and structure research and doctoral training, extending the traditional academic research training setting, incorporating the elements of open science and equipping researchers with the right combination of research-related and transferable competencies.
PI eligibility
ETNs and EJDs must be composed of at least three beneficiaries established in three different EU member states or associated countries.
