Call summary
These are postdoctoral stipends of up to $40,000 each. These awards are designed to complement existing postdoctoral support, providing travel stipends for a joint research project between two different network institutions (the "home" and the "host") of the QMAC. The award will be provided directly to the postdoc as a stipend. The postdoctoral fellow will be expected to spend at least three months carrying out research at the host institution, away from their home institution. One of the institutions must be in the USA. The home and host institution are responsible for all salary and benefits. Stipend rules are still being worked out in consultation with the NSF. Stipend amount will depend on time spent away from the home institution. Some funds may be available for research materials and supplies. Applications from two-career partners are welcome.
