Call summary
The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council invites applications for its postdoctoral fellowships. These support research in the field of energy or mathematical sciences. Eligible projects may use one or a combination of discovery science, innovation, instrumentation and technique development or software engineering. There is no limit on how much funding can be requested. EPSRC covers 80 per cent of the full economic costs. Fellowships are tenable for up to three years.

PI eligibility
Applicants must either hold a PhD or have at least four years’ experience in a relevant field by the start of their fellowship. Fellowships must be held at eligible UK HEIs, research council institutes, UKRI-approved independent research organisations and NHS bodies with research capacity.
