Call summary
The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics invites applications for its condensed matter and statistical physics postdoctoral positions. These enable young scientists to carry out research at the CMSP section. Postdoctoral fellows are also encouraged, and supported, to participate in activities in developing countries in order to promote the mission of ICTP. Selected applicants receive remuneration and a number of other benefits. Appointments will be made for two years, with the possibility of renewal for a further year.

PI eligibility
Young scientists of any nationality with a strong research record may apply. Applicants must have completed a PhD in physics or related disciplines. Preference is given to applicants in the areas of expertise of the CMSP group; candidates who obtained their PhD after 2019 will be given priority.
