The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), as part of the Partnering Awards programme, invites applications for its United States partnering award. This aims to develop links with laboratories in the US. Funding is worth up to £50,000 per project over a maximum of four years for UK partners.

PI eligibility
Applications must be made by a PI who is currently in receipt of BBSRC research funding. In addition, the associated BBSRC grant must have started before the application deadline and must have at least six months remaining from the start of the award. Applications by consortia of UK partners, which could include industrial and non-BBSRC funded partners, are encouraged. Projects involving early-career researchers and technicians are also encouraged.
