Call summary
The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council invites applications for its partner with Japanese bioscience laboratories call. This aims to set up partnership links between the UK and Japanese/Canadian/Taiwanese/European/Australian/New Zeland/Brazilian/Indian laboratories, promote the exchange of scientists and promote access to facilities. Awards are worth up to £50,000 each for up to four years, provided to the UK partners for partnerships with one or more entities of the chosen country.

Current BBSRC research grant holders may apply. The associated BBSRC grant must have started before the application deadline and must have at least six months remaining from the start of the award. Consortia of UK partners, including industrial and non-BBSRC funded partners, may also apply, with a BBSRC funded applicant acting as the lead.
