Call summary
he European Molecular Biology Organisation invites applications for its postdoctoral fellowships. These enable postdoctoral researchers to visit laboratories throughout Europe and the world. International exchange is a key feature in the application process and all fellowships must involve movement between countries. Each fellowship lasts between one and two years. Funding includes a subsistence stipend with a value dependent on the host country, as well as travel up to €5,000 plus half a month’s stipend for relocation costs and child care allowances of up to €2,500 per year and child.

PI eligibility
Applicants must have gained a doctoral degree or equivalent within the two years prior to applying, and must have at least one first-author publication accepted in press or published in an international peer-reviewed journal. Candidates may only submit one application for one project at one host laboratory in each round. Various mobility schemes are offered with specific eligibilities, depending on whether the research stay is in an EMBC member state, an associate member state or a non-member state.
