Call summary
The Science and Technology Facilities Council invites applications for its host a Hartree SME engagement spoke call. The supports the hosting of a spoke as part of the Hartree National Centre for Digital Innovation (HNCDI) small and medium enterprise (SME) engagement programme. Each spoke must demonstrate targeted, locally accessible support for SMEs, improve the competitiveness and growth of SMEs through the use of new techniques and methods, and encompass the transfer and exchange of artificial intelligence knowledge and industrial engagement. The total budget is £4.5 million. Funding is worth between £500,000 and £1.5m for three years. Up to three spokes will receive funding.

PI eligibility
The principal investigator must be based at a UK HEI, research council institute, UK Research and Innovation approved independent research organisation, public sector research establishment or catapult. Applications must involve a consortia comprising multiple partners.
