PI eligibility
Proposals must take the form of research and innovation actions, which require participation of at least three legal entities; each established in a different EU member state or Horizon Europe associated country. Participants from selected LMICs are automatically eligible for funding. Participants from other countries may participate at their own cost. At least one partner in the consortium must be a member of either Hydrogen Europe or Hydrogen Europe Research.
