Horizon Europe, under Horizon Europe: Excellence Science, and Research Infrastructures, invites applications for HORIZON-INFRA-2022-TECH-01 — next generation of scientific instrumentation, tools and methods. This aims to develop ground-breaking technologies to enable new discoveries and keep Europe’s research infrastructure at the highest level of excellence in science, while paving the way to innovative solutions to societal challenges and new industrial applications, products and services. The budget is €110 million. Grants are worth up to €10m each.
Scientific scope
Scientific instrumentation: Funding is available under the following topic:
•HORIZON-INFRA-2022-TECH-01-01 - R&D for the next generation of scientific instrumentation, tools and methods.
PI eligibility
Proposals must take the form of research and innovation actions. Research and innovation actions require participation by at least three legal entities; each established in a different EU member state or Horizon Europe associated country. Participants from selected LMICs are automatically eligible for funding. Participants from other countries may participate at their own cost.
